Movies

Nothing to type. Maybe type about what I took time to watch recently.

Dragon Tiger Gate

Oh wow. A barrel of flat humour and flying hair that swings out of control. Somebody sell them Gatsby.

In the class Small Hooligan, all 3 had their parted namely left(Tiger), left(Dragon) and right(Turbo). However in the ending scene where they all stood in front of the School after cracking an unfunny reference to having 2 dragons (which was strangely left out in the bootleg dvd my brother bought), all of them were parting on the left.

An ok show to pass them. Given the cult status, the violence level falls to the pits.
I thought they were making for children but HK censors gave it a IIB rating. LoL. I wonder what Narnia got.

My Super Ex-girlfriend

In my personal opinion, this movie is better than Dragon Tiger Gate althought it is still awful where falling out from expectation is concern. The "super" part will like 30% but not totally juiced. So was the Ex-girlfriend part. Uma Thurman is still playing aftermath KiLL BiLL derangness but her character is hollow. Luke Wilson (brother of Owen Wilson) was perhaps rope in because of his crazy Ex experience(Drew Berrymore. However she sober by the time she met him)? The ex-girlfriend part wasn't enough and you can smell the ending miles away (but there's some extra stuff threw in. Unlike Dragon Tiger Gate). The supporting cast were actually pretty good althought common tokens and stereotypes.Hmmmm...where's the nigger rapper???

Click

Surprisingly this is the one movie which I got surprised.
Despite knowing what might be the end (because it's an Adam Sandler movie. Feel good comedy).

Click revolves about leading life at the fastlane and coping with family. Most of us will know even the students will know despite not into working life yet. So it is a meaningful movie and perhaps more relevant to me than the other 2 movies. I recommend this to whoever had some time to actually watch it and decipher the simple message behind this movie.
