Perhaps I am too used to be alone, that after reading too many magazines and books,
I actually left SY alone at Kino Orchard without telling her I am going off.Force of habit???Actually not.I felt I missed something before I left,turns out to her.I didn't realised it until she SMS me that she is going off.

Ah!I am actually on 1/2 way mark back home at that time!I think she will never go out with me* again!! (Actually I didn't read that SMS until someone called me.Which is after I am about to sleep....like 11pm?....rats.What a loathe I am.)

Easter Egg in the Eye?

Nothing to update so I try to think. I gone through my VCD collection and picked up The Eye because I remember telling Shuuichi that I spotted something and here it is.

I believe it's an Easter Egg slip into the show by the producers and it's like a blink and you missed it. This scene takes place after Mann (Lee Xinjie) visited Yinyin's tomb and she was on the way back on train with her doctor cum friend.

ok it's yesterday's stuff.Anyway....



It's just conventional funfair except you don't look outstanding wearing yuukata (any MOds/Hacks/Variation names I don't know).And queues.Hell of them.A plenty.In fact I spend an hour xecko or xeko with (a cosplayer whom i had seen before...he was in kurogane group.) tsukikage talking.Of course I blah blah blah all the way.Lucky no one slept.

Anyway such things reminds me of how 'cheap' my camera is again....you see it's never good with motions and all, took hell of a time to refresh and save.Having Shiro (the camera) is like taking any other pistols (Xcept the D-Eagle)in CS and playing in a money cheat scenario where everyone had their favourite boomstick but you forgot how it was to 'impulse 101' or worse still call up the console.

Here's some reasons why Shiro cannot go 4 outdoors activities.

The two gals that Tsukikage(we should have taken a photo together!*)and I were playing Lamp Posts to (Meaning: Imposing onto).No.We know them.I am not the type who goes along and pick gals off the street.Regretfully,I wish I was that slick.

Anyway Ah Bell took one for us althought sadly I am trying hard to get it to be better...

Anyway since I got Shiro with me, I am taking shots of the cat...although the one Cat I was looking for isn't around...so this one will do...look at the camera damnit!




Once again Shiro shows his power of being only good at stills...out of them I rejected about 10 photos bcos the cat was moving.

FMA Quiz

Just the other day I wanted to do it but translation is a hassle.

BNN from Sganime posted it up so I just used my semi-finish work and see if we can have a small collaboration and he was quick to give a nod.

Cheap toy make with cheap material.I only made use of Frames and other simple html that I had forgotten so far.Also the Izumi pic is horrible but whatever.Dun think anyone will complain about my small project anyway.

Anyway I made a few changes now it's Version 1.02.I changed the use of 4 frames to 3 frames so as to incoporate the use of Java for the reset function.I gonna improve and make a Version 1.1 which the center frame will changed appearance once the user click to his/her result.

However...like this blog...it only display properly on IE.(OPERA users can tell the difference).

Red Eyes...

Playing with PS today....

Found a 'Getting Rid of Red Eye' in Photoshop 7 for dummies so I just gave it a try...although I found it kinda like cutting
corners method...

My abridged (dried) version of the procedure

1.Zoom in to the red eyes

Select Elliptical Marquee tool and drag around pupil. Press ALT to draw ellipse center out.

From Select, go to Transform Selection

Double click or enter (depending how you preset your PS7) to confirm transformation


From Select, go to Feather and type .5 pixels in dialog box (I skipped this step and also 3,4 actually)

Press D for Default Colors.

Select Brush tool and choose a preset tool.

Select Color from Mode menu of the Brush Option

Select color and paint? After that use Burn tool to dark the thing.

Also I was shocked that IE cannot display properly some of the alignments (I am using OPERA right now).Ah...another round of cut n paste and throw away.

The Tag Board....

I am 95% satis with the tag board.
The other 5% is on the scroll bar.
Rats.
Anyway I should leave the Tagboard alone...now concentrated on the other stuffs since my side bar is nothing really personalise except for a small lousy profile column that restraint my free flowing style.

Vento Del Dio

I gave it a new title Vento Del Dio to d4thday@blog-city.
Vento Del Dio will contain the 'greyer'side of me, as well as insights to my personal fan projects I too shy to work upon.
dIME.4.thE.day will contain the fanboy side of me and as well as the mundane lame stuffs and photos.
To me, Vento Del Dio is more like an extension now,just like X-men was to the Uncanny X-men and events can crossover to each other.For a guy who never really took it serious, opening 2 blogs could seems to be a waste of resources.Nevertheless I am giving it a shot.

Moving in!

Previously with Blog-City but things just got screwed up over with their interface not being able to load and not working with I.E at times or OPERA at the other time.
Currently trying to migrate all I had from there althot it's 90% very DRY STUFF.
(Yes, I am the honest normal man on the street, I had no job right now,no love,no $ and a blood sucking hobby that elimates the requirement/presense of friends and very lonely so turned to the Internet for comfort and dependance.)

Thanks to my Aunt,my bro and I get to watch the Last NDP at Kallang National Stadium before they renovate.

This year the funpack bag is definately of higher quality (wondered if anything to do with PM Goh or soon to-be PM Lee) and with some MOD (I am too lazy.) it could be a bag you bring around and still will not reveal it's Origin.Every thing is quite standard althought, well, good.However kinda boring because it's all the human formation and stuff,pyrotechnics,video screen,then it loops.I remember of a more variety in previous NDP that is in 2000.

JJ Lim sang the theme song 'Home' (dunno which year one) this year.I am the standard old fart.Gimme Kit Chan anytime!And look!It's Kit Chan!!!!If there's a need for JJ to sing, I wish he gets a song for himself to suit his 'R&B rap style.Messing up a classic is BAD move.

Pre-show is standard.This year is Sub-par I guess.Except for the flying fox SCDF guy over my head,everything is pretty standard.The MC also lost the synergy they used to have.I guess is because Gurmit and Sharon are like...here every year?

As the show comes to an end, I noticed people started moving and even before the President.What's the rush????Where's the respect???Once Mr Nathan exits,the crowds starts heading for the gates, despite the announcer saying there's a tribute video for PM Goh.Singaporeans!Where's your concern,your respect for a man who worked his guts out (YES.He got a fat pay check and Authority.SO???) for Singapore???Could you just slow down and wait for the man to make his exit???He is a Big Shot, Yes, but all in all he had been with us, good times and bad times.So you guys think that by gaining that extra minute you gonna beat the crowd?Dun make me laugh.It's had only a 20% chance of happening.

End of it all, litters are left on the stadium and the media remarked that Singaporeans are an ungrateful lot.To the media, the people who are not there:
If it's so.Kallang Stadium will be a heap of rubbish!It's only a minor few compare to the whole crowd!!!

Out in the open, human jams and people are like on a riot whenever Road Marshals halt them.We took any route and beat the crowd.I think I am ahead of those who are actually skipped the tribute video.So long suckers!
