The work gets easy.
No doubt about it.
Now I am still square one.I didn't acquired any advanced of skill from my work place.
Maybe more on how people in this industry works.
I wish I could make a killing somewhere else but there's always a price to pay
to earn big and quick money.
BUT NO.
THIS IS AS FAR AS I COULD GET WITH THE MANUFACTURING INDUSTRY.
I don't even know if I make it through this month and the following last two months.
I really thought of forfeiting that $500 end of contract bonus, a measly sum maybe to others, so I could sit around going through
my options and eventually reaching a decision.However $500 is sufficient enough for me to tide through at least a month before my next employment opportunity arrives.
I thinking maybe to change and go for the education and retailer sector.They may not be really a big pay-off for the average worker but once you had enough knowledge, there will always be an opening for you out there.
I realised that maybe I had been having too much of a casual approach to work so nowadays I am locking on to a target time to wake up and get out to work.Maybe it was too late to change since I heard from my supervisor told me that HR had noticed a habital late-comer.So I was thinking maybe there isn't any bonus for me as they will just try to knock me out from work by 'planting'.
Planting in this context means finding ways to perhaps quit on your own or get sack due to faults.
Common way is to not assign jobs.Check.
Unskilled jobs are taken up slowly by skilled workers.Check.
All jobs unskilled or not are being assigned.Check.
Someone had taken your primary functions.Check.
Practically all there are no room for work.Check
Work gets boring.Check.
You do personal stuffs at work.Check.
No one is bothered about you.Check.
Perhaps I worried too much.There are many things in my company that cannot be help.Manufacturing always had a low production period.I learnt that before in Geography lessons.

Yes I regretted quiting without thinking.Now my father and I are jobless and my brothers are pissed at us not working.My mum is tempted to retire too.
